Psalm 6

This Psalm of David was written when his soul was in anguish and he was worn out from weeping all night long. You may know someone who is currently in a similar circumstance. If not, ask God to show you who you can pray this over today. We encourage you to READ or LISTEN to Psalm 6 before you begin.

6:2  Lord, be merciful to ______, who is faint (in heart and body).

6:4  O Lord, please turn and deliver ______. Save him/her because of your unfailing love.

6:8   Lord, may ______ know that You hear his/her weeping.

6:9   May ______ know that You, Lord, have heard ______’s cry for mercy, and that You accept his/her prayer.

QUESTION: What are some specific ways the Lord made known to you His unfailing love?

Coming tomorrow: We begin our  journey through JOEL.

SHARE:  Please share today’s prayers with someone via email, text, social media, or word of mouth, &  help us create a movement of praying scripture.
