Today we begin a four-day journey through the Old Testament book of Joel. We encourage you to READ or listen to chapters ONE and TWO before you begin. 

1:15    May ______ live in light of the knowledge that the day of the LORD is near.

1:19    May ______ call to You, O Lord.

2:12    May ______ return to You, Lord, with all his/her heart, with fasting, weeping, and mourning.

2:13-14    May ____ render his/her heart to You, God, and return to You.  For You are gracious and compassionate, slow to anger and abounding in love, and You relent from bringing calamity.  For who knows? You may turn, have pity, and leave behind a blessing.

QUESTION:  Who is your heart burdened for today to “render their heart to God?” How can you reach out to them today to show them the character of our gracious God who longs for them to turn to Him?
