Pray Psalm 29:1-8

Take a moment to pray these scriptures over someone today.  You may want to READ or LISTEN to the chapter before you begin.

Psalm 29:1b     May ______ ascribe to You, Lord, glory and strength.

Psalm 29:2     May ______ ascribe to You, Lord, the glory due Your name. May ______ worship You in the splendor of Your holiness.

Psalm 29:4-5a     May ______ know that Your voice, Lord, is powerful and majestic. Your voice breaks in pieces the cedars of Lebanon.

Psalm 29:7-8     May ______ know that Your voice, Lord, strikes with flashes of lightning and shakes the desert.

QUESTION: The word “ascribe” means to give. In your life, how are you ascribing (giving) to the Lord the glory due His name?
