Pray 2 Chronicles 12
Take a moment to pray these scriptures over someone today. You may want to READ or LISTEN to the chapter before you begin.
12:1 “After Rehoboam’s position as king was established and he had become strong, he and all Israel with him abandoned the law of the Lord.” If ever ______ becomes strong, may he/she never abandon You, Lord, but rather continue to find his/her strength in You alone.
12:12 “Because Rehoboam humbled himself, the Lord’s anger turned from him, and he was not totally destroyed.” May ______ always be quick to humble himself/herself before You, Lord, knowing that You are a forgiving God.
12:14 “[Rehoboam] did evil because he had not set his heart on seeking the Lord.” May ______ set his/her heart on seeking You, Lord.
QUESTION: Have you set your heart on seeking the Lord today?
