Take a moment to pray these scriptures over someone today.  You may want to READ or listen to chapters 10 and 11 before you begin.

Jeremiah 10:16     May ______ know and believe that You, the Portion of Jacob, are not like [worthless idols], for You are the Maker of all things. The Lord Almighty is Your name.

Jeremiah 10:23     May ______ know, O Lord, that ______’s life is not his/her own; it is not for man to direct his steps.

Jeremiah 11:20     May ______ know and believe that You, O Lord Almighty, judge righteously and test the heart and mind.

QUESTION:   Are you guilty of directing your own steps? Remember that as God’s child, your life is truly not your own. Allow Him to direct your steps.
