Take a moment to pray these scriptures over someone today.  You may want to READ or LISTEN to the chapter before you begin.

Obadiah 1:3a     “The pride of your heart has deceived you.” May ______ never have a prideful heart. May ______ never be deceived by his/her own heart.

Obadiah 1:15a     May ______ know and live in light of the knowledge that “the day of the Lord is near for all nations.”

Obadiah 1:17a   “But on Mount Zion will be deliverance; it will be holy.” Thank you, Lord, that one day you promise deliverance for those who love You. May ______ come to know you as his/her Deliverer.

Obadiah 1:21     “Deliverers will go up on Mount Zion to govern the mountains of Esau, and the kingdom will be the Lord’s.” May ______ know and live in light of the knowledge that one day the kingdom of this world will be Yours, Lord.
