Pray Psalm 131:1-4

Take a moment to pray these scriptures over someone today.  You may want to READ or LISTEN to the chapter before you begin.

Psalm 131:1     Out of the depths, may ______ cry to You, O Lord.

Psalm 131:2     O Lord, hear ______’s voice. Let Your ears be attentive to his/her cry for mercy.

Psalm 131:3     “If You, O Lord, kept a record of sins, O Lord, who could stand?” May ______ know that if You kept a record of his/her sins, he/she would not be able to stand before You.

Psalm 131:4    May ______ know that with You, Lord, there is forgiveness. Therefore, You are feared. May ______ fear You, Lord.

QUESTION: As you think about your life — the mistakes you’ve made or sins you’ve committed — consider the reality that in Jesus, God has kept no record of your sins and that with Him is forgiveness. Are you living a life full of gratitude to God for full forgiveness of your sin?

SHARE Please share today’s prayers from Psalm 131 with someone via email, text, social media, or word of mouth, &  help us create a movement of praying scripture.
