Pray Mark 12

Take a moment to pray these scriptures over someone today.  You may want to READ or LISTEN to the chapter before you begin.

Mark 12:27     May ______ know and believe that You, God, are not the God of the dead, but of the living.

Mark 12:29-30     “The most important [commandment] is this: ‘Hear, O Israel, the Lord our God, the Lord is one. Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind and with all your strength.’” May ______ love You, God with all his/her heart, mind, soul, and strength.

Mark 12:31   “The second is this: ‘Love your neighbor as yourself.’ There is no commandment greater than these.” May ______ love his/her neighbor as himself/herself.

Mark 12:44     “They all gave out of their wealth; but [the widow], out of her poverty, put in everything – all she had to live on.” May ______ be willing to give generously and sacrificially, as the widow did.

QUESTION: How well are you doing at loving your neighbor as yourself?
