Pray Psalm 42

(Psalm 42 & 43, considered one Psalm in many Hebrew manuscripts, speak of one whose soul is downcast, who has shed many tears, and who feels rejected by God, yet hopes he/she will praise God again. As you pray today, think of the people in your life or those around the world who are hurting or downcast in spirit and need to be reminded that God is their stronghold. You may want to READ or LISTEN to the chapter before you begin.
