The Bible
We believe the Bible is the inspired, infallible, & authoritative Word of God. It is God-breathed, holy, & eternal. It is the final authority for faith & practice in the life of a Christian.

God
We believe that God, the creator of the universe and everything in it, exists in three persons-Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.  God is eternal, sovereign, all-knowing, all-powerful, & omnipresent. God is holy & just. God is love. He is merciful, gracious, & good.

Jesus
Out of his great love for us, Jesus, without ceasing to be God, came to earth in the form of a man  and lived a perfect, sinless life, so that he could die in our place and pay the price for our sins on a cross. His death is sufficient for providing salvation for ALL who receive him as Savior.  We believe Jesus is the only way to the Father and that salvation is by grace, through faith, & in Jesus Christ alone. We believe that Jesus died a literal death, rose from the grave defeating death & the power of sin, and is now in heaven at the right hand of God waiting for us & interceding for us in prayer. He is preparing a place for us in heaven, & will one day will return to earth to bring all believers home to live for eternity with him in heaven .

Prayer
We believe in the power of prayer. God not only commands us to pray, but he delights in hearing us bring him our praises, concerns, hurts, confessions, triumphs, and so much more.  We believe that praying scripture is one way we can be certain that we are praying the will of God.  God hears our prayers, whether they are our own words or His words. We believe that even when we don’t know what to pray, the Holy Spirit does know, and He intercedes for us. We believe that God is faithful to answer prayer in HIS way and HIS timing.

Salvation
We believe that salvation is found in Jesus alone, by grace & through faith in him. It is the free gift of God, not by our works, so that no one can boast. We believe that Jesus is the way, the truth, and the life, and that no one comes to the Father except through him.  We believe that if you confess with your mouth, “Jesus is Lord”, and believe in your heart God raised him from the dead, YOU WILL BE SAVED. We believe that EVERYONE who calls on the name of the Lord shall be saved.
