Please take a moment to pray these scriptures over someone today.  You may want to READ or LISTEN to the chapter before you begin.

1:5-6   May ______ know that it was in love that You predestined him/her to be adopted as Your son/daughter through Jesus, in accordance with Your pleasure and will. Help ______ to know that it was to the praise of Your glorious grace, Lord, that You have freely given to ______ in Christ Jesus.

1:7-8   May ______ know that in You, Jesus, he/she has redemption through Your blood, the forgiveness of sins, in accordance with the riches of God’s grace that He lavished on ______ with all wisdom and understanding. Help ______ to understand the riches of Your grace, God, that you have lavished on him/her.

1:11   Thank You, God, that in Jesus ______ was also chosen, having been predestined according Your plan as You work out everything in conformity with the purpose of Your will.
