Today we begin our journey through 2 Thessalonians! Take a moment to pray these scriptures over someone today.  You may want to READ or LISTEN to the chapter before you begin.

2 Thessalonians 1:6-7a       May ______ know that You, God, are just.

2 Thessalonians 1:8     “He will punish those who do not know God and do not obey the gospel of our Lord Jesus.” May ______ know You, God. May ______ believe and obey the gospel.

2 Thessalonians 1:9-10     “They will be punished with everlasting destruction and shut out from the presence of the Lord and from the majesty of his power on the day [Jesus] comes to be glorified in his holy people and to be marveled at among all those who have believed.” May ______ be one who believes in You, Jesus, so that he/she will never be punished with everlasting destruction or shut out from Your presence.

2 Thessalonians 1:11     May You, God, count ______ worthy of Your calling, and by Your power fulfill every good purpose of ______’s and every act prompted by his/her faith.

2 Thessalonians 1:12a     May Your name, Lord Jesus, be glorified in ______.
