Today we begin our journey through the book of Jeremiah! Take a moment to pray these scriptures over someone today.  You may want to READ or listen to chapter ONE, TWO, THREE, FOUR, or FIVE before you begin.

Jeremiah 1:5a     May ______ know and believe that before You formed him/her in the womb You knew him/her. Before ______ was born You set him/her apart.

Jeremiah 2:19     May ______ consider and realize how evil and bitter it is for ______ when he/she forsakes You, Lord, and has no awe of You. May ______ never forsake You, Lord. May ______ always be in awe of You.

Jeremiah 3:10     “ ‘In spite of all this, her unfaithful sister Judah did not return to me with all her heart, but only in pretense’, declares the Lord.” May ______ return to You, Lord, with all his/her heart, not only in pretense.

Jeremiah 3:12b     May ______ know that You, Lord, are merciful. You will not be angry forever.

Jeremiah 4:22     May You never say of ______, “______is a fool; he/she does not know me. ______ is a senseless child who has no understanding.”

Jeremiah 5:23     May it never be said of ______, “He/she has a stubborn and rebellious heart. He/she has turned aside and gone away.”
