Pray Galatians 3:9-14

Take a moment to pray these scriptures over someone today.  You may want to READ or LISTEN to the chapter before you begin.

Galatians 3:9     “So those who have faith are blessed along with Abraham, the man of faith.” May ______, like Abraham, be one who You call “a man/woman of faith.”

Galatians 3:11     “Clearly no one is justified before God by the law, because, ‘The righteous will live by faith.’” May ______ know that he/she is not justified by anything he/she does. May ______ live by faith.

Galatians 3:13     May ______ know and believe that You, Jesus, redeemed him/her from the curse of the law by becoming a curse for him/her, for it is written: “Cursed is everyone who is hung on a tree.” May______ believe that You, Jesus, died for his/her sins on the cross.

Galatians 3:14     May ______ know that You redeemed him/her in order that the blessing given to Abraham might come to ______, a Gentile, through Christ Jesus, so that by faith he/she might receive the promise of the Spirit.. May ______ place his/her faith in You, Jesus.

QUESTION: Are you putting your hope in any of your own deeds, or is your faith in Jesus’ complete work on the cross alone for your salvation?
