Today’s prayers will center around the life of Jacob covered in chapters 28-35. Take a moment to pray these scriptures over someone today. You may want to READ the chapters before you begin.

Genesis 28:3    Just as Isaac blessed Jacob, I pray that You, God Almighty, will bless _____, make ______ fruitful, and increase ______’s numbers (family).

Genesis 28:15    Lord, You said to Jacob, “I am with you and will watch over you wherever you go. I will not leave you until I have done what I have promised you.” Lord, please also be with ______, watch over ______ wherever he/she goes, and help ______ to know that You will never leave him/her.

Genesis 33:11    Just as You were gracious to Jacob and gave him all he needed, Lord, please be gracious to ______ and give ______ all he/she needs.

Genesis 35:3    Lord, just as you answered Jacob in the day of his distress and were with him wherever he went, please answer ______ in the day of his/her distress and be with ______ wherever he/she goes.
