Take a moment to pray these scriptures over someone today. You may want to READ or listen to chapters 16 and 17 before you begin.

Matthew 16:16     May ______ believe and confess of You, Jesus, as Peter did, “You are the Christ, the Son of the living God.”

Matthew 16:24     May ______ come after You, Jesus. May ______ deny himself/herself, take up his/her cross, and follow You.

Matthew 16:25     May ______know that whoever wants to save his life will lose it, but whoever loses his life for You, Jesus, will find it. May ______ be willing to lose his life for You, Jesus.

Matthew 16:26     May ______ never be one who gains the whole world yet forfeits his/her soul.

Matthew 17:20     May ______ have faith as small as a mustard seed and know that nothing will be impossible for him/her.
