Pray Psalm 139:7-12

Take a moment to pray these scriptures over someone today.  You may want to READ or LISTEN to the chapter before you begin.

Psalm 139:7      “Where can I go from Your Spirit? Where can I flee from Your presence?” May ______ be comforted knowing that he/she can never flee from You, Lord. You are everywhere.

Psalm 139:8-10     May ______ be comforted knowing that if he/she goes up to the heavens, You are there; if ______ makes his/her bed in the depths, You are there. If ______ rises on the wings of the dawn, if he/she settles on the far side of the sea, even there Your hand will guide him/her; Your right hand will hold ______ fast.

Psalm 139:11-12     May ______ know if he/she says, “Surely the darkness will hide me and the light become night around me,” even the darkness will not be dark to You, for the night will shine like the day, for darkness is as light to You.

QUESTION: Do you ever feel like God is far away? Be reminded today that He is with you wherever you are and in whatever You are going through.
