Take a moment to pray these scriptures over someone today. You may want to READ or LISTEN to the chapter before you begin. 

2 Peter 1:5-7     May ______ make every effort to add to his/her faith goodness, knowledge, self-control, perseverance, godliness, brotherly kindness, and love.

2 Peter 1:8     May ______ know that if he/she possesses these qualities in increasing measure, they will keep ______ from being ineffective and unproductive in his/her knowledge of You, Jesus.

2 Peter 1:9    May ______ know that if he/she does not have these qualities he/she is near-sighted and blind and has forgotten that he/she has been cleansed from his/her past sins. May ______ never forget that he/she has been cleansed from his/her past sins.

2 Peter 1:12b     May ______ be firmly established in the truth.

2 Peter 1:20-21     May ______ know and believe that no prophecy of Scripture came about by the prophet’s own interpretation. For prophecy never had its origin in the will of man, but men spoke from God as they were carried along by the Holy Spirit.
