Pray Deuteronomy 30 & 31

Take a moment to pray these scriptures over someone today.  You may want to READ or listen to chapters 30 and 31 before you begin. (Click on the actual number of the chapter you want to listen to.)

(When you see the words “commands,” “laws,” and “decrees,” remember that this text was spoken to the Israelites regarding specific commands for them. We pray this regarding the commands God has given us in His complete Word.)

Deuteronomy 30:16    May ______ love You, Lord, walk in Your ways, and keep Your commands just as the Lord commanded the Israelites to do.

Deuteronomy 30:20a     May ______ love You, Lord, listen to Your voice, and hold fast to You. May ______ know that you, Lord, are his/her life.

Deuteronomy 31:8     May ______ know that You, the Lord Himself, go before him/her; You will never leave or forsake ______. May ______ not be afraid. May ______ not be discouraged.

Deuteronomy 31:12b     May _______ learn to fear You, Lord, and follow [Your Word] carefully.

QUESTION: Have you been afraid or discouraged lately? The Lord Himself goes before You and will never leave or forsake you.
