Take a moment to pray these scriptures over someone today.  You may want to READ or LISTEN to the chapter before you begin.

Nehemiah 9:3     “They stood where they were and read from the Book of the Law of the Lord their God for a quarter of the day, and spent another quarter in confession and in worshiping the Lord their God.” May ______ be willing to spend much time reading Your Word, confessing his/her sins, and worshiping You, Lord.

Nehemiah 9:5     May ______ praise You, Lord, who are from everlasting to everlasting. May ______ say of You, “Blessed be Your glorious name, and may it be exalted above all blessing and praise.”

Nehemiah 9:6a     May ______ know and believe that You alone are the Lord.

Nehemiah 9:6b     May ______ know and believe that You made the heavens, even the highest heavens, and all their starry host, the earth and all that is on it, the seas and all that is in them.

Nehemiah 9:6c     May ______ know and believe that You give life to everything and the multitudes of heaven worship You.
