Pray Isaiah 61:8-62:12

Take a moment to pray these scriptures over someone today.  You may want to READ or listen to chapters 61 and 62 before you begin.

Isaiah 61:8a       May ______ know that You, Lord, love justice.

Isaiah 61:10     May ______ delight greatly in You, Lord. May ______’s soul rejoice in You, his/her God.

Isaiah 62:5     “As a young man marries a maiden, so will your sons marry you; as a bridegroom rejoices over his bride, so will your God rejoice over you.” May ______ know that You, God, rejoice over him/her.

Isaiah 62:12     “They will be called the Holy People, the Redeemed of the Lord, and you will be called Sought After, the City No Longer Deserted.” May ______ know that in You, Lord, he/she is also called “Holy,” “the Redeemed of the Lord,” “Sought After.”

QUESTION: Have you every thought of yourself as called “sought after” by the God of the Universe? Let the beauty of this soak into your heart today.
