Pray Proverbs 29:11-25

Take a moment to pray these scriptures over someone today.  You may want to READ or LISTEN to the chapter before you begin.

Proverbs 29:11     “A fool gives full vent to his anger, but a wise man keeps himself under control.” May ______ be wise and keep himself/herself under control.

Proverbs 29:15     “The rod of correction imparts wisdom, but a child left to himself disgraces his mother.” May ______ be willing to correct his/her children to impart wisdom to them.

Proverbs 29:17     “Discipline your son, and he will give you peace; he will bring delight to your soul.” May ______ discipline his/her children so that they will give him/her peace, and bring delight to his/her soul.

Proverbs 29:23     “A man’s pride brings him low, but a man of lowly spirit gains honor.” May ______ be a man/woman of lowly spirit.

Proverbs 29:25     “Fear of man will prove to be a snare, but whoever trusts in the Lord is kept safe.” May ______ trust in You, Lord, and not fear men.
